Does the Illuminati Have Power in the Government?
The largest anxiety-filled speculation around the world is the strong power the Illuminati has in the government. We have seen musicians and record labels be controlled by the Illuminati, why would the government not be involved?
The most recent accusation of the Illuminati being entangled in the government is when President Joe Biden was sworn into office. In the New York Times, Allyson Waller writes, almost all of Americas “past presidents swear on a bible at their inauguration, but Biden’s bible appeared to be different than others used before him” (Waller 1). The selected bibles are chosen based on the personal connection the President has with it or the closest representation to the current society (1). Because of this, Americans began speculating the Illuminati was involved when Biden was said to have been sworn in on a Masonic Bible (1). On a report by the OregonLive Press, the Masonic Bible comes from the Freemasons society that first began the Illuminati (OregonLive 1). This thick, heavy antique is called the Douay and Rheims Holy Bible which stems from Catholic worship (1). While “news sources have debunked these claims of Biden swearing-in on an ‘Illuminati Bible,’” it is undeniable that the ‘Eye of Providence’ is present on the cover—leaving space for rumors (1). Although the symbols on the book can lead a direct path to the Illuminati, it is still true that this Bible was allowed to be used by Biden and theorists can be viewed as being disrespectful to religion.
Ultimately the Illuminati, nonetheless, has power in the Pentagon, State Department, and White House. In Myron Fagan’s book “The Illuminati and the Council on Foreign Relations,” he persuades readers that the government could keep the truth from Americans and brainwash them into believing anything (Fagan 1). Fagan’s statements could make true of the New World Order forming behind the world’s back that would lead to Illuminati’s world domination. This speculation easily catches the attention of conspiracy theorists because politicians are not hiding the New World term anymore (1). Theorists involved in Christianity view this deal as the end-times coming; making the Illuminati have more control over life (1). Americans’ fear and theory of the Illuminati only makes this secret society stronger and gain more dominance in the already untrusted government. This group makes people feel hopeless because many do not know what theories to believe in or what they can do to stop them.
